Returns and Exchanges

If a return or exchange is needed please contact our Customer Service Department using our contact form for a return authorization.

We understand that it is necessary for you to try the item on to check the fit and function but we will not accept items that have been worn for an extended period of time. The item must be returned in good condition.

Returns must be made in a timely manner. In order for your refund or exchange to be processed, contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number. Once authorization is received return the product to us within 5 days of our authorization. It is suggested you use the USPS Priority Mail Service so that you have a tracking number for your return.

Once the product is received and it is noted that the item is in good condition a refund or replacement item will be processed. Our policy is to process refunds or exchanges within 48 hours.
